In order to streamline the customization process, they needed a new website that would not only showcase their services but also facilitate the collection of data from their customers.

The brief:
The client required a website that illustrates their customisation process clearly. They also envisioned a “Build Your Dress” form that gathers the bride’s preferences for their dream gown. A fully online approach helps the client to reduce operational costs and makes their services even more accessible.
Hence, my task was to design, build and develop the website to serve their operational needs

The pages were designed according to the brand guide (inclusive of the colour palette) that the client provided.
A step-by-step “Build Your Dress” form
We built a form that guides brides through a step-by-step process to express their desired gown design and elements. It also serves as a convenient point-of-sale for the bride to make a deposit online, securing their spot in the production queue.
On the last step of the form, the instructions for the ordering process are clearly illustrated, before the customer proceeds with payment.
*The dress details’ images were provided by the client, while the graphics for the instructions were done up by sourcing for and editing stock images.
A measurement form accessible only to logged-in users
A second form that is crucial to the client’s workflow was their measurement form, which had to be hidden from guest users in order to prevent spam.
This was achieved through the usage of a combination of plugins with complementary functions.

The Outcome
We created a sleek website that illustrates the capabilities and the customisation process of Proverbs Studio clearly. The forms built for the client also serves as a key role in their operational needs.
